Section 1

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Element Meridian Limited Co., a Georgia limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the website and service known as IndoorMode at indoormode.com.

By accessing or using IndoorMode in any way — including browsing the website, filling out the Day Script form, making a purchase, or subscribing to the newsletter — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use IndoorMode.

Section 2

Description of the Service

IndoorMode provides the following services:

• Day Script Generator — an AI-powered tool that generates a custom, time-blocked family day plan ("Day Script") based on information you provide. Day Scripts are delivered as a downloadable PDF upon payment of a one-time fee.
• Supply Vault — a curated page of product recommendations for family indoor activities, containing affiliate links to third-party retailers.
• IndoorMode Weekly — a free opt-in email newsletter containing family activity ideas, product recommendations, and related content, delivered weekly.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Section 3

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use IndoorMode and make a purchase. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

IndoorMode is designed for use by parents and adults. The Service is not directed at children. Children under the age of 13 may not use IndoorMode directly. Please review our Privacy Policy — Children's Privacy section for information about how we handle information about children entered into the Day Script generator by parents.

IndoorMode is available to users in the United States. Users outside the United States may access the Service but do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Section 4

Payments and Refunds

Pricing: The Day Script Generator is offered at a one-time fee of $7.00 USD per generation. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will pay.

Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment card details.

Delivery: Your Day Script PDF is delivered digitally and immediately upon successful payment. Because the product is generated and delivered instantly upon purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to a digital product.

48-hour refund guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Day Script for any reason, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the time of purchase using the refund form at indoormode.com/refund. Refund requests submitted within 48 hours will be processed automatically. Refund requests submitted after 48 hours will not be processed automatically; you may contact us at hello@indoormode.com and we will consider exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

No subscription: IndoorMode charges a one-time fee per Day Script. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or automatic renewals unless you have been explicitly notified of such in writing.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank rather than requesting a refund through our process, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback by providing evidence of delivery and use of the digital product.

Section 5

Acceptable Use

By using IndoorMode you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or related systems
• Systematically retrieve content from the Service to build a competing database or service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written permission
• Submit false or misleading information into the Day Script generator
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Day Scripts for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service or any of its underlying technology
• Abuse the refund process, including requesting refunds after having meaningfully used the delivered Day Script
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or support team

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any breach of these acceptable use requirements, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Section 6

Intellectual Property

Our content: The IndoorMode website, brand, logo, design, copy, and underlying technology are owned by Element Meridian Limited Co. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

Your Day Script: Upon payment and delivery, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your generated Day Script for your own personal, non-commercial family use. You may print it, share it with your family, and use it as intended.

You may not:

• Sell, license, or commercially distribute Day Scripts generated by the Service
• Present a Day Script as your own original creative work for commercial purposes
• Use Day Scripts to train, fine-tune, or build competing AI models

Your inputs: You retain ownership of the information you enter into the Day Script generator. By submitting inputs you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process that information for the sole purpose of generating your Day Script.

Section 7

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Day Scripts are generated automatically by an AI language model (provided by Anthropic) based on the information you enter. While we have designed the system to produce helpful, age-appropriate, and practical suggestions, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any suggested activity for your children
• IndoorMode does not guarantee that any activity suggestion is safe, age-appropriate, or suitable for your specific child's abilities, health conditions, or needs
• You should supervise your children during all activities, particularly any involving food, water, tools, or physical exertion
• IndoorMode is not a substitute for professional advice from paediatricians, child development specialists, or other qualified professionals

We are not liable for any injury, damage, or adverse outcome arising from following any activity suggested in a Day Script. You use Day Script suggestions at your own risk and at your own parental discretion.

Section 8

Affiliate Relationships

IndoorMode's Supply Vault and blog articles contain affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you click a link and make a purchase from a third-party retailer. This commission comes at no additional cost to you.

Our participation in affiliate programs does not influence our editorial recommendations. We only recommend products we believe are genuinely useful for families.

All affiliate relationships are disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines. A site-wide disclosure appears in the footer of indoormode.com.

We are not responsible for the content, products, pricing, availability, or practices of any third-party retailer linked from IndoorMode. Your purchase from a third party is governed by that retailer's own terms and policies.

Section 9

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INDOORMODE AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Day Scripts will meet your specific expectations or requirements
• The AI model will produce results that are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In those jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ELEMENT MERIDIAN LIMITED CO. AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF INDOORMODE OR ANY DAY SCRIPT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM — WHICH IN MOST CASES WILL BE $7.00 USD.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 11

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of IndoorMode shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hello@indoormode.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Informal resolution first: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to attempt informal resolution. Given that the maximum value of any transaction is $7.00, we expect the vast majority of concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably.

Section 12

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify newsletter subscribers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of IndoorMode after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you should stop using the Service before the change takes effect.
